I was that woman. Hiding in the back of every photo.

Two years ago I was walking 10-15K steps a day, weight training five days a week, spending roughly 3 hours a day trying to lose weight. I dropped 20 lbs - slowly, painfully, white-knuckling every single day of it.

I was inflamed, puffy, living in activewear (not because I loved it - because it was the only thing that fit). My daughter told me I looked like I had a baby in my belly. Kids, man.

I was rolling my eyes at everyone getting "the shots." I had put in the work. That felt like cheating. And I was scared of losing the muscle I'd spent two years building.

Then I got desperate enough to actually do the research.

I started a GLP-1 - low dose, slow approach. My body finally started cooperating. Inflammation down. Joint pain gone. Energy back. Libido back.
